A Life Teen Mass is a vibrant liturgy that speaks to you and challenges you to live as Disciples of Christ. It is not limited to just teenagers, people of all ages can attend the Life Teen Mass.

Life Nights are a chance to gather with your friends and explore your faith in fun, concrete ways. They provide answers to life questions linked with the real life you live today. It will reveal Christ as a friend, guide and model and as humanity's only answer. They are not a lectures, rather it is about living our faith and rooting it in the Catholic teaching.
